Langmuir & Hay was founded in 1947. We offer a wide range of highly specialised consultancy services across a variety of construction sectors. The practice provides surveying, project management, employer's agent and project facilitator services, plus cost consultancy and procurement advice to the construction industry. We also offer CDM co-ordinator services and EcoHomes assessments.

Covering a wide range of sectors

We have extensive experience within the RSL sector, as well as with the commercial, community & recreation sectors, banks, libraries, university buildings, private residential and health care buildings.

We have a traditional background in housing, being involved with various housing providers, and have specialised in the voluntary housing/RSL sector since the early 1970s.

Our traditional role as QS/PM/EA has developed into a complete cost and project management service which integrates fully with our client's decision making process.

Our proactive approach has been fully appreciated in all project development issues.
